"WE NEED FARMERS"

This picture hangs right behind me in my office.
It was drawn by Cody in 1998.
Cody was 9 years old, and son of a single mom.
Cody's mom was one of the first operators hired at our local corn processing facility.
To celebrate her new job, she and her son went to the local restaurant (which was a treat due to limited resources).
Cody drew this on the back of the paper place setting.
"We Need Farmers"
Cody valued farmers and the opportunity for his mom.
I value Cody and his picture. He has, and is, an inspiration to me every time I go to my office.
